First Interview
Start by submitting a short application that truly represents you. If our recruiting teams see a potential match, you'll receive an invitation to your first interview, where we can get to know each other better.
SECOND INTERVIEW
In a second interview, we'll dive deeper into your expertise regarding the position that you applied for. This is also the perfect time for you to have all your questions answered and get a comprehensive understanding of Porsche Digital. After the interview, our team will collectively decide whether we're a match ready to hit the road together.
FINAL DECISION
The final decision is not only based on your technical skills; your mindset is equally as important. If we're sure that we will make a great team, we'll make you an offer. We'll explain our salary structure and benefits, and then it's up to you to make your decision.
