Whistleblower System
Porsche Digital Does Not Tolerate Any Violations.
Porsche Digital takes tips about potential violations very seriously. It investigates such information carefully and takes appropriate actions in response to detected violations, in compliance with applicable employment and co-determination laws.
Violations are intentional or negligent violations of applicable law (e.g. laws, ordinances, etc.) or internal company regulations, particularly violations of the Code of Conduct as well as violations of contractual obligations by employees of the Porsche Group that they commit in connection with or on the occasion of their work for the Porsche Group.
Managers and employees are obligated to report reasonable suspicions of potential violations to the Whistleblower System of Porsche Digital, in particular the internal Whistleblower Office.
Executives, employees, customers or business partners of Porsche Digital, public officials or other third parties can anonymously report reasonable suspicions of a violation by employees of the Porsche Group to two external lawyers of trust, known as Ombudspersons.
The Ombudsmen are available to whistleblowers as contact persons around the clock via various reporting channels free of charge. They treat all tips as part of their attorney-client privilege confidential and guarantee the whistleblowers (if needed) anonymity.
Whistleblowers do not have to fear sanctions or other disadvantages in submitting tips to the Whistleblower System.
Anyone who wishes to provide specific tips of potential violations relating to Porsche Digital can contact the Ombudspersons as set forth below. The Ombudspersons are also available for a confidential personal conversation.
How do we process your report?
After the submission of tip, you will get a confirmation of receipt and then your report will be assessed. If further information is required, we will contact you. We therefore ask you to leave a contact option even if you submit a report anonymously (e.g. via the online reporting channel - see below).
Only if this initial evaluation shows grounds for suspicion of a violation an investigation will be started. Afterwards, the results of the investigation will be assessed and appropriate measures will be taken.
